PATTERN: Cozy Pom-Pom Throw Blanket

The Cozy Pom-Pom Throw Blanket design is a mixed pattern of stripes, waves and pom-poms (aka. 'bobbles').

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 9 balls of Lion Brand Off-The-Hook Yarn (3.5 oz/100g (Image shown is the colour ‘Vintage Flower’).

SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 44” by 44” (111.5 cm by 111.5 cm).

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different.

Lion Brand Off-The-Hook, Lion Brand Crayola Off-The-Hook, and Red Heart Loop-It yarns can all be used with this pattern as is and will yield a blanket of approximately the same same size. I believe the European brand Alize Puffy is slightly smaller, so you may require more materials if that is what you are using. If you use Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ yarn, the loops are larger, and the balls are larger (6.4 oz/180g) and so only 5-6 balls should be needed.
