YOU ARE BUYING A *LOOP YARN* FINGER-KNITTING PATTERN, NOT THE FINISHED PRODUCT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING YOUR OWN MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT.
This PDF pattern includes written English instructions, as well as a pattern template.
The Textured Stripes Blanket Pattern has columns of cable braid and seed stitch to create a cozy, chunky textured blanket.
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.
SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 5 balls of Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn (6.4 oz/180g (Image shown is the colour ‘Hedge Green’).
SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. Approx. 45” by 48” (114 cm x 122 cm).
PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different.
Alize Puffy can be substituted and the blanket will be the same size, but you will need more skeins of yarn. Lion Brand Off-The-Hook, Lion Brand Crayola Off-The-Hook, and Red Heart Loop-It yarns can all be used with this pattern, but will yield a blanket with smaller overall dimensions. You will also need more balls/skeins to complete the pattern as is.

Finally finished! I used Bernat Alize fine loop yarn! Because the loops were so small, I increased the base row to 83! I used 7 skeins, 16 yds each and it took awhile! Using three different colored yarn, it made it more interesting! Thank you for this very interesting pattern! I’m sure my granddaughter will love it!!
I’m working it right now! My grandchild is still using her baby blanket that I made her when she was born! She’s too big for it now, even thoughit’s her favorite! This is why I’m making her a new one, bigger and better, yet still filled with grandma’s love! I can send you a picture of it when I’m finished if you like! Send me an email address, and thank you for the idea!
Easy to read. Beautiful pattern.
Met all my expectations. Thanks
Nice and easy pattern. I highly recommend it.
