The School of Fish Blanket Pattern has a repeating pattern of stylized fish motifs. The fish motifs are knit vertically, but you can also flip the finished blanket horizontally if you prefer the fish swimming left and right!

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 5 balls of Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn (6.4 oz/180g (Image shown is the colour ‘Hedge Green’).

SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:Approx. Approx. 47” by 48” (119 cm x 122 cm).

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different.

Alize Puffy can be substituted and the blanket will be the same size, but you will need more skeins of yarn. Lion Brand Off-The-Hook, Lion Brand Crayola Off-The-Hook, and Red Heart Loop-It yarns can all be used with this pattern, but will yield a blanket with smaller overall dimensions. You will also need more balls/skeins to complete the pattern as is.
