The Fortune Cookie Blanket Pattern is a repeating staggered pattern of fortune cookie motifs. This is a very puffy and squishy blanket design.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate/Advanced.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 5 balls ofBernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn(6.4oz, 180g) (Image shown is the colour ‘Orange Leaf’).

SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: This blanket stretches in the middle. The ends are approximately 34” wide (86cm), but the middle is about 50” wide (127 cm). The length is about 50” (127 cm).

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different.

Lion Brand Off-The-Hook, Lion Brand Crayola Off-The-Hook, Red Heart Loop-It, and Alize Puffy yarns can all be used with this pattern, but will yield a blanket with smaller overall dimensions. You will also need more balls/skeins to complete the pattern as is.
