PATTERN: Knitted Mug Rugs
YOU ARE BUYING A FINGER-KNITTING PATTERN, NOT THE FINISHED PRODUCT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING YOUR OWN MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT.
This PDF pattern includes written English instructions, as well as detailed photos of each step.
The Knitted Rug Mugs/Small Loop Yarn Project pattern makes two knitted 'rug mug' coasters (one in a ribbed stitch pattern, one in a seed stitch pattern). These patterns are designed as a way to use up your leftover yarn from bigger projects!
SKILL LEVEL: Easy.
SUGGESTED MATERIALS: Approximately 60 stitches of loop yarn, any brand, for EACH mug rug (each rug is 56 stitches, plus a bit extra to cut open loops and tie off your ends) (Rugs in the sample image are Lion Brand Crayola Off The Hook in ‘Magenta’ and Red Heart Loop-It in ‘Gray-vy’).
SUGGESTED TOOLS: No knitting needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 5”-6” (12.5-15 cm) wide by 6”-7” (15-17.5 cm) long, depending on the brand of loop yarn used.
